Sales Executive Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the existing customer base. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, while building long-lasting relationships with customers. The primary function of a sales and retention executive is to support with the increasing customer base and to service clients to the highest of standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contacting and securing new business accounts/customers
• Contact prospect clients who have enquired via the websites
• Discuss (through the phone or/and in person) with potential customers their requirements
• Efficient use of the Company CRM system
• Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints
• Assist prospect customers throughout the sales process
• Understands the importance of consultative sales

Requirements:

• IT Literate, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM
• Work location - Farnborough - Office based
• Sales Manager
• Full time, permanent
• Salary will be increased on successful completion of probation
