About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Information & System Data Specialist to join our team at SSEN Transmission. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data related to asset management, particularly within our enterprise asset management system, Maximo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and develop the asset register, ensuring data integrity and validation.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standard, preparing required data for integrity and validation.
  • Develop, manipulate, and map final deliverable load files, ensuring quality and integrity comply with SSEN specifications.
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers, providing effective reporting and timely performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, with strong operational knowledge of Maximo.
  • Experience with ETL activities within IBM Maximo and other systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex engineering and optimisation options.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
