**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a caseload of Estate projects, assisting in the legal drafting of Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documentation
* Support senior colleagues on a variety of complex Estate matters
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining high attention to detail
* Effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
* Lead in developing junior members of the team
* Manage projects from start to finish

**About You:**

* Experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential
* STEP qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong organisational and influencing skills
