Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.

Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
