Job Title: Health Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Advisor to join our team at Bupa Clinics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality health assessments to customers, providing personalized advice and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized lifestyle action plans, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change and support positive health outcomes.
  • Conduct clinical testing, including body composition analysis, spirometry, and other assessments, to identify areas for improvement and inform personalized recommendations.
  • Provide post-assessment support and coaching to customers, empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve their health goals.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, with a strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in performing measurements or assessments in a health and fitness or medical environment is highly desirable.
  • Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines is essential.
  • Ability to motivate and empower customers to make positive health changes, with a strong focus on empathy and customer-centric care.
