Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Implementation Manager to join our Client Delivery team at CoreStream GRC. As a hybrid role, you will be based in Central London and require at least 50% in-office presence.

In this client-facing position, you will manage multiple software implementation projects within set budgets, timelines, and scopes. Our client base includes public sector ministries, governments, and FTSE and Fortune 100 companies across North America, EMEA, and APAC in diverse industry sectors.

Salary: £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement the CoreStream GRC Delivery Process to ensure technical solutions meet clients' needs.
  • Engage with clients directly via Teams meetings, calls, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage deliverables across Development, Configuration, and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Process-oriented, organized, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Client-focused, with a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with software implementation projects is preferred but not essential.
