Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at School House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the well-being and development of young people in our care.

About the Role:

  • Directing roles and responsibilities to support workers.
  • Monitoring children and young people's behavior, safety, and well-being.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management team with day-to-day operations.
  • Providing guidance and training to support workers.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-in duties and overtime.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary (£27,785 - £33,992 per annum).
