Contract Administrator and Scheduler (Contact Centre Team)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Contact Centre Scheduling team. As a key member of the team, you will assist in planning and delivering work via our mobile engineering workforce using our scheduling and work management software.
Your primary responsibilities will include prioritizing tasks, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service, and contributing to continuous performance improvement. You will also play a crucial role in making appointments with clients, monitoring incoming reactive call-outs, and liaising with engineers to deliver work as planned.
Main Duties Include:
- Making timely appointments with clients for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly planned maintenance visits.
- Monitoring and planning incoming reactive call-outs and reactive repairs requests from clients.
- Inputting quoted works instructed by the contract management team into our system.
- Liaising with engineers to ensure work is delivered as planned and instructed in a timely manner.
- Communicating with domestic customers and commercial clients regarding site visits and appointments.
- Supporting the team to deliver on targets and strategic change as directed by management.
This is a long-term and secure role based out of our busy head office located in Guildford. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
