Join Our Team as a Mediation Worker

Llamau Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mediation Worker to join our team in South East Wales. As a key member of our Early Identification, Intervention and Prevention Services (EIIPS), you will play a vital role in reducing and ultimately eradicating youth homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide preliminary advice, advocacy, and support to young people in partnership with Advice and Support Workers.
  • Explore all aspects of potential prevention of homelessness in partnership with Mediation Workers / Advice Workers and partner agencies.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs and wishes of young people, encouraging maximum engagement in support / early access to advice and homelessness prevention.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partnership agencies, ensuring all of a young person's needs are met.

  • The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations.
