About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with experience in Industrial Doors and Roller-Shutters to join our team as an Industrial Door Service Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Security Product Installation and Maintenance specialist, covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field maintenance and installation on Industrial doors, Roller-Shutters, and Fire-Shutters
  • Conduct site surveys with clients to identify and resolve issues
  • Work in a days-based role with opportunities for overtime, including evening and weekend shifts
  • Participate in an on-call rota, working one week in three
  • Utilize a company vehicle and tools to complete tasks
Requirements
  • Industrial Door/Roller Shutter background
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge in the industrial and garage door industry
  • UK Driving License
  • IPAF, PASMA, DHF Industrial and Garage Door Diploma (preferred, but training can be provided)
