Bespoke Furniture and Interiors - Career Opportunities

Careers in Design is a leading provider of bespoke furniture and interiors, working with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors. We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled individual to join our team as a Workshop Manager. This role will involve overseeing production scheduling, managing purchasing and processing orders, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

You will work closely with our team to manage all aspects of goods in and out, oversee machine servicing and repairs, and grow and improve the business while promoting a positive working culture. Your expertise in cabinet making techniques, including CNC processes, will be invaluable in driving the success of our workshop.

A competitive salary of around £43,500 per annum, a bonus scheme, pension, and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays are on offer. If you have experience of managing teams and effective leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
