Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR operational support to our busy HR Manager within a large manufacturing facility. Your duties will include analysing data, presenting reports, giving advice to managers and all levels of personnel, dealing with your own ER caseload, policy review, recruitment and attending meetings at all levels on all HR issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR operational support to the HR Manager
* Analyse data and present reports to senior management
* Give advice to managers and all levels of personnel on HR matters
* Deal with your own ER caseload
* Review and update HR policies
* Assist with recruitment and selection
* Attend meetings at all levels on all HR issues

Requirements:

* 25 years experience at this level (minimum 5-7 years in a dedicated HR role)
* CIPD Level 5 minimum
* Experienced working within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
* Ability to manage a varied and complex ER workload
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law, legislation and statutory guidance

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8-4
