Job Summary

Huntress is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process orders and track shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and order statuses in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in returns and exchanges, providing clear and concise instructions to customers.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
