About the Role:

As a Project Systems Administrator at bet365, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of systems across the organization. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support and system administration expertise to ensure seamless operation of our applications and services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in system administration, preferably with Jira and Confluence

• Strong understanding of Linux administration, including RedHat and Ubuntu

• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services and PowerBI development reporting

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in system administration and technical support

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring and maintaining Jira and Confluence applications

• Designing and developing Jira project configurations

• Supporting regular maintenance duties, including operating system and application patching

• Developing and managing permission models

• Providing internal support for Business users

• Developing and delivering real-time reporting using PowerBI and SSRS

• Performing end-to-end system testing

• Providing technical consultations and liaising with other teams

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
