Urban Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate City Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analytics, managing programs, and demonstrating skills in writing and presenting materials, as well as creating and conducting education and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on planning topics, including housing, transportation, water resources, and economic development
- Manage programs and projects related to land use regulations, zoning, and sustainability
- Develop and present materials, including reports, presentations, and educational programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders through a collaborative process, producing quality products, and providing excellent service
- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, public administration, or a related field
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analyze data
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write and present materials effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
