Graduate Teaching Assistant - Aspiring Teacher Programme

We are seeking a bright graduate with aspirations to become a Secondary Teacher to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting young people in a high-performing Secondary School in Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in KS3 & KS4, providing individualized attention and guidance
  • Work with Sixth Formers (KS5) during exam preparation, helping them to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the school's SENCO, Director for Learning, Educational Psychologist, Counsellor, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system
Requirements:
  • Bright graduate with future aspirations to teach
  • Able to build strong, professional relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Confident and able to relay feedback to teachers and parents
  • Experience with SEN beneficial but not essential
  • Able to commit full-time for the academic year
