Job Overview

Redline Group Ltd is a world leader in its field, designing, manufacturing, selling, and supporting advanced equipment for global markets. We are seeking a skilled Test & Validation Engineer to join our team in Wiltshire, UK.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing test facilities to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
  • Overseeing training and operation of test facilities by other users
  • Supporting NPI/Quality in final testing and approval of production units
  • Generating test plans and procedures, and executing product tests to ensure findings are properly recorded and communicated
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and configuring test equipment for bespoke testing
  • Executing physical tests in support of development validation and pre-submission requirements

This role requires hands-on practical experience in product testing and prototype manufacture, as well as preparation of test documentation and report preparation.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers great progression and benefits, including hybrid working with the option to work up to two days at home.
