Tutor and Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tutor to join our team at Mantra Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to learners across various subject areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programs to learners in a variety of settings, including face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Develop and implement individual learning plans to meet the needs of learners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their programs.
- Induct learners into the learning environment and provide them with the necessary resources and information.
- Create and mark work-related tasks to help learners progress through their programs.
- Share your sector-specific experience and knowledge with learners.
- Promote Safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values within your sessions.
- Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with current Health and Safety legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
- ICT, English, and Math qualifications at L2 or above.
- Functional Skills Level 2 minimum (essential).
- PTLLS/CTLLS or L5 Teaching Qualification (desirable).
- Information, Advice, and Guidance L3 or above (desirable).
- Prior experience of at least two of the following subject areas: Mental Health & Wellbeing, CSCS, CSCS Pathway, Customer Service, Securing Employment, Warehouse, Cleaning, Express Logistics, First Aid, or any additional courses that meet your skills and experience.
