Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on all aspects of volunteer administration and organisation at the festival.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and support festival volunteers.
  • Build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations.

Experience & Skills

  • Significant demonstrable experience of working with volunteers within a festival or events environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
