We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our Festivals team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, supervising, and supporting festival volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on all aspects of volunteer administration and organisation at the festival.
- Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and support festival volunteers.
- Build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations.
Experience & Skills
- Significant demonstrable experience of working with volunteers within a festival or events environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
