Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing proactive and reactive maintenance on electro-mechanical processing and packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Time-served apprentice with mechanical and electrical skills
  • ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 Engineering and Maintenance qualification
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with production or process maintenance engineering
  • Proficiency in standard software applications, including Office and SAP
  • Ability to work to engineering drawings and diagnose faults without using them
