Job Description

We are recruiting a Support Staff Member for our Early Years department, reporting directly to the Headteacher. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young pupils.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality educational experience. You will be responsible for assessing and recording pupil progress, identifying areas where they may require additional support.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also contribute to the overall administration and management of the Early Years setting, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

  • Main Duties:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, meeting the needs of all pupils within the Early Years setting.
  • Assess and record pupil progress, using this information to inform future teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records, including lesson plans, pupil assessments, and attendance data.

Salary and Benefits:
