Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the Centre and Car Park to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, prioritizing the safety of the public.
- Support and assist the Mall Supervisor and senior Management in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Manage emergencies and evacuations, acting as the point of contact for tenants and emergency services.
- Complete the daily occurrence book accurately and record incidents in the Incident Log.
- Escalate identified hazards, risks, and maintenance issues to line management for rapid resolution.
- Ensure contractors adhere to site H&S procedures and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to site staff and visitors, ensuring their security, safety, and well-being.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints patiently and provide necessary assistance.
- Valid SIA Door Supervision license.
- Advantageous to hold a valid SIA CCTV license.
42 hours average per week, £11.72 per hour.
