Project Support Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer for the Mend the Gap Programme. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the programme, working closely with our grant recipients to ensure the successful delivery of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the programme, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with grant recipients to understand their project needs and provide guidance on programme requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including grant recipients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of programme materials, including reports, briefs, and other documentation.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of programme events and activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of conservation and environmental issues, with a passion for nature and the outdoors.
- Experience of working with diverse stakeholders, including grant recipients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
