Job Description

**Van Driver Position Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 3.5 Tonne Luton van and complete deliveries using tail lifts.
  • Operate in a customer-facing environment, interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliveries per day.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and ability to pass a driving assessment.
  • Manual handling training and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Safe systems of work and SOPs knowledge.
  • Highway code test and ability to follow traffic laws.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including early morning starts.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per day.
