About the Role

Rydon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Greenhithe, Kent. As a key member of our Maintenance division, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair works for our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance and repair works for multiple sites and clients
  • Coordinate with maintenance operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works
  • Monitor and report on job progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and residents, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the call centre team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or customer service role, preferably in a social housing or commercial maintenance environment
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, residents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
