As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will develop and implement effective promotional strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  1. I. Develop and compare promotional strategies using internal and external data.
    II. Monitor and assess promotional activities' effectiveness, suggesting improvements as needed.
    III. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform new product development pricing and promotion decisions.
    IV. Maintain and enhance existing tools for PRGM, ensuring efficient business operations.
    V. Analyze relevant data to provide actionable insights, driving business growth through informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, particularly in FMCG, with a background in Finance, Sales, or Category.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with FMCG Pricing/Promo Strategy and consumer data analytics, including Kantar, Circana, and Nielsen.
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Location and Salary:

London, £60,000 per annum.
