About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a full-time Level 3 qualified Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create engaging activities that encourage children's development towards key milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
