Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Lead to join our team at Catch22. As an experienced educator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Functional Skills education to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach Functional Skills from Entry Level to Level 2 in Maths and English, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
  • To develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, promoting inclusivity and respect for individual differences.
  • To build strong relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the educational process.
  • To stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and pedagogical best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into teaching methodologies.
  • To work closely with senior staff to design and deliver training programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of educators within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Significant experience in teaching, planning, and behavior management, particularly in working with young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Salary Information:
