About the Role

This position involves leading and supporting a team of playworkers in delivering high-quality, safe, and engaging wraparound care experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing breakfast and afterschool clubs, ensuring smooth sessions that meet children's developmental needs. The successful candidate will also assist with the walking bus service, handle planning and preparation, organize creative activities, and work with the Manager to evaluate and enhance the program.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £6,656 to £11,897.60 per year, which may be negotiable after a probation period. The annual wage includes a range of benefits, such as 20-23 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday shifts, and opportunities for career growth and development.
