Childcare and Education Specialist

Benefits and CompensationThe annual salary for this position is around £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

This role involves:
- Leading engagement activities tailored to each child's needs and abilities
- Maintaining effective partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensuring child welfare and promoting a safe environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication skills for building trust with colleagues and parents
- Knowledge of Safeguarding policies and procedures
