Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store, ensuring that stock is accurately received and stored.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer receives a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Proactively maintain the bakery area, baking fresh goods and ensuring that the area is clean and tidy.
  • Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring that they are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early starts and late finishes, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Positive approach to changing priorities and a drive to work hard to make your store a success.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a smile on your face and a friendly manner to inspire your team and help our customers.
