Care Home Management Opportunity

A highly motivated and experienced Residential Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead a reputable care home in North Finchley, LB Barnet. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, focusing on delivering high-quality care to elderly and dementia service users.
Compensation PackageThe salary for this role is up to £43,000 per annum, offering a comprehensive compensation package that includes unlimited refer-a-friend bonus, public transport costs assistance, paid holiday, cycle to work scheme, and workplace pension contributions.
Main Accountabilities- Ensure the care home operates in accordance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Lead and support staff teams, promoting a positive and caring environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the quality of care and services.
- NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF qualification completed.
- Proven experience as a registered manager or in a senior role within residential care settings.
