We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Team Leader to join our team at Prism Healthcare Ltd. as an Account Management Lead. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and management skills to drive our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Oversee the billing team to ensure they meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss figures and workloads.
- Provide daily statistical updates to the business, including productivity and backlog.
- Streamline billing processes to reduce work in progress.
- Monitor and manage team telephone statistics.
- Ensure the team adheres to contract-specific requirements and individual SLAs.
- Embed and sustain a "Customer First" mentality and a positive team environment.
- Recruit and train new staff to join the billing team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage team performance, including absence and attendance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with team members.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience
- Proven experience of leading a team in a billing or finance operations environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proficient in Excel and finance systems.
