Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work overtime as needed.
  • Promote and practice safe working procedures, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position.
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 4 points.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota and work on-site.
