We are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our small animal practice in Blackburn, UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving excellence in clinical care.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall client experience.

As a senior clinician, you will be involved in shaping the future direction of the practice, working closely with colleagues to drive innovation and improve processes. Your clinical skills will be honed through regular consultations, surgery, and other clinical duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, committed to ongoing professional development, and have a strong understanding of veterinary best practices.
