Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team at Interaction Technical. As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Offer training and support to clients' staff on machinery operation and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry is essential.
Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities is also essential.
Experience working on engines would be advantageous.
Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience is required.

The Package:
22 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays / Increasing by 1 day for every year of service (25 overall)
All overtime over 8 hours per day is paid at 1.5x (£21-£24 per hour)

A minimum of 5 hours of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours) Min (5 hours):
Additional £5,460pa / Average (17 hours) : Additional £18,564pa
Salary Sacrifice Scheme for an addition 5 days annual leave per annum
Laptop, Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
Full training & development with a focus on internal progression, route is as follows: (Workshop/Mobile Engineer > Lead Engineer > Hiring Manager > Site Manager > Regional Manager)
All of the above promotions accompany substantial increases in salary and benefits.
