Job Title: Cosmetic Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Springfields Fuels Ltd. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • HNC in a technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related role.
  • Professional certifications in quality management, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in auditing and surveillance, with knowledge of site license requirements and quality assurance arrangements.
