Role Overview

With nearly three decades of experience, the practice has developed its expertise and expanded its team to cover project management, architecture, and building surveying. Key Responsibilities
  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or a similar qualification
  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a Scottish-based architectural role
  • A proven track record of working on residential and heritage projects
  • Substantial experience in project management
  • Excellent leadership skills capable of mentoring junior team members
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD
  • A strong technical portfolio
  • Liaising confidently with clients, contractors, authorities, and other professionals
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Interest in contributing to company growth
  • Local residency near Edinburgh
Benefits and Requirements

This permanent role offers a salary range of £32,000-£40,000 based on experience, depending on qualifications and prior experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for building information modelling.
