Job Description: Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Deputy Clinical Services Manager to work on a full-time basis in Cheadle.

The role involves working closely with the Ward Manager to oversee and supervise staff, support service changes, provide clinical leadership for the service, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience and be certified as a Mentor with experience in clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Ward Manager with daily management and supervision
  • Support the Ward Manager in overseeing and supervising staff
  • Facilitate and support service changes
  • Provide clinical leadership for the service
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Certified Mentor with experience in clinical supervision
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Experience in Mental Health or Learning Disability services
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
