About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our dynamic and progressive Audiology team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our Audiology service, working at a high level of autonomy and operating effectively within a team.
  • Undertake hearing assessments and hearing aid fitting to adults, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Clinical Scientists, Newborn Hearing Screeners, clinical nurse specialists, voice therapists, and ENT specialists, to provide a full range of specialist-level services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of audiology services, ensuring alignment with national care pathways and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology or equivalent knowledge base acquired through in-depth service experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an NHS acute or community setting, with a strong understanding of service provision in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate care within community and acute care settings, with a strong understanding of national care pathways.
