International Business Development Manager EMEA

The International Business Development Manager EMEA will be responsible for driving growth within the Inspire Brands' International platform across all brands in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement strategies and plans to ensure a strong pipeline of potential new business partners.
- Perform cross-functional review and evaluation of new business partners and their business plans.
- Prepare and present new business opportunities to obtain required internal approvals.
- Facilitate key commercial terms discussions and complete negotiations.
- Work closely with regional market teams through existing business renewals to achieve future commitments for incremental unit growth.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or relevant field.
- 5 Years Experience within international businesses, within development or sales roles, franchise, and licensing across any sector.
- Results-oriented, team player, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to develop rapport and influence internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and communication.
