Adult Support Professional

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Adult Support Workers, making a positive impact on the lives of our service users in the adult health and social care sector.

Fulbridge Social Care requires staff teams for various shift patterns within elderly care homes and disability support settings, offering full support, training, and the opportunity to gain qualifications in this field.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the confidence, patience, and skill set to work effectively with our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Building strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users
  • Keeping up to date with all communication and information systems
  • Attending and participating in meetings as required
  • Protecting service users from any form of abuse
  • Writing accurate reports and keeping written records
  • Attending work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern
  • Ensuring awareness of health and safety procedures and policies

Person specification includes:

  • Ability to form professional relationships with service users
  • Ability to read and understand written work and write clear reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users
  • Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably
  • Ability to participate in training and development
  • Awareness of effective teamwork and health and safety procedures

We offer numerous shift patterns, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 11pm
  • 11pm - 7am (waking nights)

Please note that you will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and successfully complete our induction assessment prior to any placements being offered.
