**Job Title:** Mechanical Maintenance Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our team at ThriveSW Limited in Glasgow, Scotland.
**About the Role:** As a Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of planned, reactive and responsive maintenance services to various clients across Scotland. You will oversee and manage small/minor works projects, dealing with in-house engineers and sub-contractors when required. Your key responsibilities will include managing the supply chain, hiring staff, conducting 1-2-1s and reviews, and developing relationships with clients to win new business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or HVAC, with experience working with commercial gas systems and dealing with sub-contractors. A qualification in commercial gas or equivalent would be an advantage.
**Salary:** The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
