About the Job

As a PMLD teacher at our school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of pupils with complex needs. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes academic, emotional, and social growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. They will be able to adapt their practice to meet the diverse needs of pupils with PMLD and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the needs of pupils with PMLD.
  2. Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to provide additional support and guidance to pupils.
  3. Participate in regular meetings with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in their education.
