About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our dedicated catering team at Chartwells Independents. With a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals across various outlets in a complex and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food to maintain the company's reputation for quality.
  2. Drive sales through menu planning and promotions, ensuring the selection of preferred suppliers.
  3. Oversee all aspects of food safety, HSE and COSHH regulations, implementing and maintaining procedures to facilitate budgetary control.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including free use of gym, pool, and on-site parking, as well as comprehensive training and development opportunities.
