**Job Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible and adaptable individual with great communication, numerical, and IT skills. As a Home Ownership Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality, personalized customer service to our home owners via phone calls, email, and face-to-face interactions.

**Responsibilities**

  • You will support home owners with queries and provide guidance on leasehold sales and shared ownership.
  • You will assist with the preparation of annual leasehold accounts and service charge recovery, ensuring accuracy and proportionality.

**Requirements**

  • You will have the ability to interpret legal documents relating to leasehold sales and shared ownership.
  • You will be competent in using complex spreadsheets for accounting.
