As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business activities and increasing new instructions for both sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture market appraisal leads to convert them into instructions
- Proven track record of converting new business leads into instructions
- Proactively source new business leads through various channels
- Mine current and past data to identify new business opportunities
- Generate new business leads through effective marketing and outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the property industry
- Full driving license
- Upbeat and positive mental attitude
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Demonstration of self-motivation to achieve personal targets and results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and well-informed
- Highly organized and proactive
- Good level of written and spoken English
