Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with registered nurses to meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care at all times, working as an effective member of the nursing team, and referring to the registered nurse as appropriate.

Main Responsibilities

• To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines
• To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team
• To work within the boundaries of the role of the Senior Healthcare Support Worker and refer to the Registered Nurse as appropriate
