Territory Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department in the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for you to shape your career in a multicultural diverse environment where trust and open communication are key.
As an intrapreneur, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flen Health products in the Greater London and Home Counties area, including Greater London (southeast and southwest), Surrey, Kent, and Sussex. Your main contacts will be wound care professionals in acute and community settings, and nursing- and elderly homes.
This role will suit you perfectly if you have a taste for challenges and the desire to make things happen. You will be the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build a long-term relationship.
Responsibilities Include:
- You represent our products and manage the sales for your territory
- You take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices... to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your Manager
- You maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards
- You realize all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messages
- You act as Flen Health's brand ambassador and represent Flen Health at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs
- You ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
- You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceutical
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
- Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and Showpad
- Fluent in English
- A valid Driving License
