**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Academy Budgetary Advisor to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on budgetary matters and ensuring the financial management of our academies is carried out in accordance with trust policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in budgeting and financial management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and policies. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Principals, governors, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advise on budgetary matters and ensure financial management is carried out in accordance with trust policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for academies
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in education sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial resources

**What We Offer**

  • A salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
